Planning an event?

Tell us the date, the number of guests and what you have in mind. We will come back with a short proposal — cake sizes, flavours, portions and pickup or delivery times — and hold the date once it is confirmed.

Birthdays, weddings, office parties: order a whole cake in 6", 8" or 10". Three days' notice is enough for most designs, a little longer for tiered and hand-piped work.

  • Fresh Every Morning

    Fresh Every Morning

Croissants, danishes, financiers and cookies come out of the oven from seven in the morning. The first trays go fast, so early risers get the best pick.

    Cake by the Slice

Not ready to commit to a whole cake? Every cake on our list is also cut and sold by the slice at the counter, so you can try before you order the big one.

    Dessert Tables

For larger events we put together dessert tables: whole cakes, sliced portions, cookie platters and mini pastries, delivered set up and ready to serve.

    Catering details

Catering, in plain terms

We cater the dessert end of an event: whole cakes, sliced portions, cookie platters, mini pastries and coffee service. Weddings, birthdays, office parties, team lunches, holiday gatherings — the same kitchen, scaled to the number of people you are feeding.

How it works

Send us the date, the number of guests, the time you need everything ready, and any dietary notes. We come back with a short proposal: what to serve, in what quantities, and what it costs. Once you confirm, the date is held and the kitchen plans around it.

Lead times

Trays of pastries and cookie platters need two days. Whole cakes in a specific flavour or size need three. Tiered cakes, hand-piped decoration and larger dessert tables need one to two weeks, and wedding work is best booked as early as you can.

Portions

As a rule of thumb: a 6" cake serves six to eight, an 8" serves ten to twelve, a 10" serves sixteen to twenty. For a dessert table, count on two to three small items per guest — people take more than they expect when everything is cut small.

Delivery and set-up

Orders can be picked up at the counter or delivered within town for a flat fee. For dessert tables we deliver, set up on your tables and take the boards away afterwards.
